Vigan City is a World Heritage Site. It is one of the few Hispanic towns left in the Philippines. It is really known for its coublestone strees and a unique architecture that fuses Philippines and Oriental building designs and construction with colonial European Architecture. A land full of delicious and captivating foods, products, and unique culture.

Vigan celebrates their World Heritage Cities Solidarity Day celebration every 8th of the month of September. In this very special day, Vigan memorialized with week-long festivities aimed in strenghtening pride in Vigan's History and Culture. This aims in keeping the city with a long-term goal of preserving heritage structures that date back from the 18th and 19th century. In this very big event, it comprises the festivals, Historia Oral which is a wonderful opprtunity for listeners to learn about the VIgan's History, culture and ordinary Vigan folks visiting different museums and mansions, the food establishments offer the famous Vigan cuisines like bagnet, empanada, longanisa and other food associated with the place, and Vigan has also various wonderful products like the famous Abel Iloko, burnay and other souvenir items you may like to take it home.

In this beautiful celebration, it is not just about promoting Vigan but also the relations between every poeple in the place promoting various activities are done which includes singing competitions, photography, zarzuela ilocana, dalloy, kinnantaran, cultural quiz, sabayang pagbigkas, daniw, storytelling, painting, writing the history of Vigan and many more. Strenghtening the pride of every people of Vigan and us!
