This celebration sets out the various rights of every children which are the right of survival, development, protection and participation. It offers a vision of the child as an individual and a part of family and community with responsibilities and rights. 

It has a goal which aims to develop and provide every children a better quality and improved way life, they must have a healthy, well nourished and active learning with good quality of eduaction, and they are safe and free to any kind of violence, abuse, neglect and exploitation.

Considering every child being at the core. Serving them as the keys for our future generation. Considering them as precious gems in order to unlock the closed path and doors of our bright generations.
