One of the significant problem that
our community is now facing, is the introduction of new diseases and health
problems. Health problems which may lead to different kinds of diseases and
illnesses. With this common problem that can’t be given appropriate solution
can affect your lifestyle even your surroundings and this problem must start by
our own selves.
The Nutrition Month is held for us
to be aware of the importance of our health. This is regulated by every schools
that anyone can participate. This is done every year in the month of July. Regulating
different contests and activities which may help and promote the importance of
good nutrition and health.
In this improper lifestyle habit, this may lead to any
diseases and failure in the function of different body parts. It is highly recommended
to have a proper exercise and diet. The wonder of different fruits and
vegetables that can benefit different parts of our bodies and even as a whole.
The fruits and vegetables contains several minerals and vitamins that can
contribute to our minds and body. The big difference of the nutritious food
from the foods that aren’t healthy. All of us must be aware of importance of
every simple food that we take in can affect and can also able to make us
suffer in the end.
Better eat and act healthy rather than suffering it
